Training Coordinator (Site Based)
Job Description SummaryAs Training Coordinator (Site Based), you will assess and prioritise training needs for the campus through consultation with Training Lead, Managers and system owners and subject matter experts. The site training plans are developed with reference to the campus strategic goals and employee development needs. This is a Site based role supporting training in a busy GMP manufacturing Environment.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Coordinate and action the development of the Operator group to the agreed skill level and assess and verify training in agreement with the People Leaders to meet business requirements.

Work with relevant departments to prepare GMP and EHS training plans ensuring compliance at all times.

Develop training content including materials and/or training aids required to deliver training programs.

Consult with internal and external training providers to facilitate training.

Continually assess the quality of training, for ongoing effectiveness in meeting with business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work with the business to facilitate a robust compliant learning culture

Complete timely initiation & close out of training activities and ensure that employees are progressed efficiently and comprehensively through their training program.

Perform independent training verification for operator on the job training tasks.

Ensure that the training status of employees in the platform on each shift is current, that each employee’s training is completed and appropriately documented on the activities that they are carrying out.

Proactively engage with the department managers to deliver training in an efficient manner to support the area Operating Plan.

Develop and report metrics to senior management.

Support Site Learning Calendar initiatives

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of GMP Manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical, research and reporting skills

Educated to degree level

GMP compliance, excellent documentation practice and experience presenting to auditors. • PC skills, strong efficient organization of paperwork and good presentation skills.

TTT – Training Qualification.

Desired skills

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Familiar with Electronic learning Management systems e.g. Compliance Wire
