**PRIMARY FUNCTION:**
+ Coordination of employee courses and customer education events for Abbott’s Structural Heart Division
+ Event management, administrative support as well as maintenance of training records for external physician trainings and internal staff trainings
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Manage communication and registrations for training events
+ Maintain training records within a cloud based documentation platform
+ Provide Learning Management System (LMS) support
+ Organize training logistics; (hotel & transport/transfer arrangements, management of stocks; lunch, drinks & snack; activities; venue care, office materials & tools etc)
+ Organize printouts (participant lists, diplomas, binders etc…)
+ Create and keep track of metrics for Structural Heart training activities
+ Organize shipments
+ Negotiate pricing
+ Manage purchase orders and invoices until approval
+ Keep track of the financials of programs
+ Suggest improvements
+ Oversee the contract management for the Structural Heart Education faculty
+ Manage compliance approvals for physician faculty engagements.
+ Manage expenses in relation to Structural Heart employee training activities and customer education events
+ Give administrative support in ongoing Structural Heart Education projects as required
+ Organize logistics for educational events, including hotel and flight reservations
+ Organize all other aspects in relation to the Structural Heart courses
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in business administration or any related field
+ 3 years related experience, preferably in training coordination/administration.
+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, open to mastering web publication, database management applications.
+ Proven administrative skills; sense of ownership, detail oriented, discretion required
+ Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize, works well with deadlines with good monitoring/reporting skills
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ Fluency in written and spoken English
+ An active listener who is able to interpret, adapt and transmit (technical) information/message in a clear, structured and meaningful manner to a wide audience
+ Team player with proven networking skills, open-minded and flexible
+ Experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System will be highly advantageous
+ Medical knowledge and experience within the healthcare sector will be advantageous
