You will participate in the interviewing process of Operations TechniciansFurther, you will conduct orientation with New HiresYou set new hires up with Oracle access, Airwaves, Employee ID's, vending machine access, and benefitsIn this position, you will have direct reporting responsibilities for the first 90 days of new hires, including attendance and performance management (ending with their 90 day review)Also, you will develop, coordinate and maintain training programs, including required for Quality, Safety, Production Process "Reminders", and other problems that ariseYou will design and develop training courses to meet the business unit's safety and business goalsIn this role, you will review, update, and maintains operational documentation
