Training Coordinator

Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in organizing and coordinating training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge. This position involves assessing training needs, creating schedules, monitoring progress, and collaborating with trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure effective delivery of training.
Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and skill gaps . Ensure training content is relevant and aligned with organizational goals. Schedule training sessions and manage participant lists . Act as a liaison between trainers and participants; provide trainers with necessary resources and information for effective training sessions. Gather feedback from participants post-training; maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes; provide reports to management .
