Overview

Conduct field Caregiver orientation and continuing education for assigned area.

External Job Description Conducts training for field employees and maintains documentationPerforms skills training and conducts competency evaluations of field staff at assigned service site(s)Provides ongoing training support related for required skillsSchedules training per assessed needsNotifies employees 30 days prior to any expiration dates to ensure up-to-date training recordsMaintains supplies for all scheduled trainingManages records of training activitiesMonitors and report effectiveness of training efforts and programsEnsures employees are comfortable and able to focus on learning and that the employee education process is as positive as possibleSupports training in three branch locationsOther duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GEDCertified Nursing Assistant with current certificationMinimum of two years’ experience working in a facility based healthcare setting or community home health performing the tasks required under the Home Services Agency license within the last five yearsPreferred experience training or mentoring other CNA’s  Knowledge and experience of caregiving responsibilitiesTravel required using company provided vehicle and must have a good driving recordVehicle will be provided to use for travel between branches, however, on occasion willing to use personal vehicleAvailable to work evenings and weekends About our Line of Business
