About the Opportunity 

Working within our Enterprise Asset Solutions business you’ll be part of a small team based on site at Hinkley Point C, one of the largest construction sites in Europe and a Nuclear New Build power station. You will be assisting with day-to-day training enquiries and ensuring our operatives comply with the certification required by our client both in terms of HSE and competencies. Please note that this is a site-based role. You will be required to be on site at Hinkley Point C with the delivery team Monday – Thursday. 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to\: 

•    Booking various training courses with local training providers 
•    Collating SQEP packs for operatives, supervisors, engineers & managers across all disciplines and ensuring they are meeting the SQEP standards.
•    New employee gap analysis training requirements 
•    Being the point of contact for training requests for personal development 
•    Being the point of contact for site specific training requirements
•    Data inputting onto the training system & matrix’s and ensuring these are up to date. 
•    To always ensure we comply with site’s SQEP requirements

•    Excellent organisational skills
•    Ability to work well individually and within a team 
•    Ability to work with multiple and changing priorities in a highly complex, high volume, industrial environment
•    Be competent in all Microsoft packages

Any offer of employment will be strictly subject to the relevant security requirements for the role being met.
