The Role
This exciting entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of VeevaOpenData! As a Training and Recruiting Specialist, you'll play a vital role in developing and deliveringhigh-quality training programs for our Data Stewards and coordinating the recruitment of talentedindividuals to join our growing team. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, gainingvaluable skills and contributing to the innovation and improvement of our data research processes.What You’ll Do Assist in coordinating a small team of contracted trainers and recruiters.Support the development and delivery of training programs for the OpenData Research Center department, including: Identifying training needs through data analysis and performance reviews. Assisting in the creation of engaging training materials (presentations, tutorials, etc.).Supporting the delivery of training sessions.Assist in the recruitment process for the OpenData Data Stewardship team, including: Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels. Assisting with candidate interviews and assessments. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training and recruitment processes.RequirementsRecent graduate or have less than 3 years of experience in Human Resources,Recruitment, Training, or related fields.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong interest in data, research, and the life sciences industry.Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Strong English language skills (written and verbal).Nice to HaveExperience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platformsLocal Health Care market understandingPrevious experience or interest in data, databasesWhat is the growth like?
