The position
As a Training and Process Implementation Specialist ,  you will report to the Senior Director of RA Process and Digital Strategy and in close collaboration with the Process Managers strive for process simplification, standardization and digital transformation. You will play a central role in ensuring the most effective, efficient, and compliant training aimed at end user awareness and adherence to processes with focus on continuous process optimization.
Your main responsibilities include:

Design and implement regulatory affairs-specific training strategies and programs. Implement strategies to ensure and monitor training effectiveness. Act as a centre of expertise for training across regulatory affairs. Create governance to oversee training schedules and materials. Provide support to management for all training activities and ensure alignment of training activities across areas within RA. Drive and support implementation process optimization and improvements  Lead stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

A master’s degree in a relevant field.  5+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programmes. Strong cross-functional business understanding and ability to work independently.


It would be advantageous for candidates to have experience in leading complex projects and managing global projects. Change management and change leadership experience would also be beneficial, in addition to knowledge within regulatory affairs and/or cross-functional pharma business understanding.

You can balance and change from a detailed to a broader helicopter-like perspective. Team-oriented, with a high degree of flexibility and cross-cultural awareness. About the department
The RA Process and Digital Strategy area within Regulatory Affairs is a growing team of 10 people. We are committed to securing process excellence and digital innovation to reach more patients faster by simplifying and standardising ways of working with a focus on end users. Our mission is to make work easier and more rewarding for our colleagues. In Regulatory Affairs, we manage submission, registration, and labelling to obtain authority approval for all Novo Nordisk products. We work across the value chain from early development to product discontinuation, ensuring medicine availability to patients. Our team is based at our headquarters, where we foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
