Training and Development Practitioner
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Automotive Manufacturing Training and Development Degree or Diploma in Operations Management or Electrical | Mechatronics | Industrial Engineering Strong working knowledge of developing standard and customised training content and material, including technical and digital content aligned to product and production processes Experience with planning learning events, programs and training solutions or frameworks Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive OEM International and Multi-Cultural environment Stable track record and contactable references Salary Structure:
