Training and Communications Manager - Global Shop in Shop
**Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Training and Communications Manager to join our team Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training curriculum, creating training materials, and managing the field communications calendar. **Required Skills:** Training and Communications Manager - Global Shop in Shop Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure that all employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively 2. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities 3. Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually 4. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and catering 5. Manage the field communications calendar, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders 6. Develop and implement certification programs to recognize employee achievements and promote professional development 7. Manage and maintain the wiki and other communications vehicles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to all stakeholders 8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 5+ years of experience in training and development or a related field 10. Experience in creating engaging and interactive training materials 11. Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high attention to detail and ensuring accuracy. **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 12. Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies 13. Facilitation and presentation skills 14.
