Training & Adoption Specialist

The Training & Adoption Specialist is accountable for helping to develop, maintain, and train on role-specific standardized resources and processes, to support new and existing team members at all WelbeHealth centers. Under the Performance Excellence (PE) department, the Training & Adoption Specialist will collaborate with WelbeHealth hiring managers, preceptors, educators, and Launch team leaders to ensure consistent, standardized onboarding and act as a resource for all team members throughout their tenure.

This is a remote role with up to 50% travel required.

\n

Essential Job Duties:

\n\nOwn the development and maintenance of standardized role-specific resources including, but not limited to: SharePoint Role Landing Pages, onboarding guides, role handbooks, skills lists \nDeliver engaging and inspiring training, both virtually and in person, to licensed and unlicensed WelbeHealth staff\nOversee Relias training plans to ensure relevant content and timely completion\nDevelop and maintain skills competency checklist and relevant preceptor guides to align with regulations and best practices \nDraft 30-60-90-day skills lists and evaluation criteria for assigned roles\nEngage and oversee the role’s Teams Channel of SMEs and Preceptors \nDrive workflow compliance for assigned roles, monitor adherence, and advocate for process improvement when indicated\nCollaborate with center hiring managers, preceptors, and launch leaders to identify and address training opportunities \nAct as a key resource for new hires throughout the onboarding process \nMonitor the effectiveness of role-specific training, onboarding, and education materials, adapting to continuously improve \nAct as a central role ambassador and SME for organizational initiatives pertaining to their assigned role\n\n

Job Requirements:

\n\nBachelor’s degree required with at least two (2) years of post-college experience in a healthcare setting \nUp to date Clinical Licensure as a Registered Nurse required\nTraining and/or preceptor experience in healthcare setting strongly preferred \nKnowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nExcellent organizational and communication skills in settings with interdisciplinary team members & proven stakeholder management skills \nHighly motivated, inspirational team member who is passionate about improving role clarity and the new hire onboarding experience \nAthena and WelTeam savvy - Able to navigate, speak to, and train various workflows within all applications/systems as required for assigned roles\n\n

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $99,309 - $119,171 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
