The FACTS Trainer plays a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our associates. Their primary focus is to create an engaging learning environment that fosters professional growth and ensures staff are well-equipped to meet the demands of their roles. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining curricula for current and future products and platforms. The trainer demonstrates expertise across all stages of the training process, from needs assessment and content creation to delivery and evaluation. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing relevant content, facilitating effective sessions, and measuring training success to ensure it meets desired outcomes. Additionally, the Trainer collaborates closely with department stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational OKRs, ensuring a strategic and impactful learning experience.Lincoln Nebraska and surrounding area candidates: This position offers a hybrid work option. Our hybrid work environment allows associates to work remotely for part of the week, while also fostering collaboration and team connection through in-office presence three days per week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to specific organizational needs.
Collaborate with Operations stakeholders to identify training needs and create targeted solutions.
Create training resources utilizing various methods (e.g., instructor-led training, skills mastery, etc).
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Enhance associate learning and retention to improve job skills.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and outcomes.
Work collaboratively with multiple departments to create and publish internal and external training resources.
Provide individual one-on-one training to enhance product knowledge and/or soft skills.
Measure effectiveness by designing and applying assessment metrics to analyze and report training outcomes.
Become well-versed in multiple FACTS Products to provide cross-training and stay current with best practices.
Collaborate with other internal training staff to offer assistance, share knowledge, and create and maintain training references.
Stay updated with emerging training styles and communication channels, integrating innovative methodologies and media (i.e., latest trends, instructional design, e-learning and simulations) to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
Establish training expectations and manage any challenges that arise during sessions, engaging leadership as needed.
Manage and plan logistics for training locations, training helpers, equipment, etc.
Collaborate with the Product Team on issue resolution and learning new products, and compliance standards.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or combination of Associate’s Degree plus relevant experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of related experience (training or other professional teaching experience, strongly preferred.)
Instructional design experience preferred.
Prior experience in documentation and curriculum development preferred.

Proficient in a variety of essential software tools, including MS Office, database software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and more.
Salary range for this role is $48,000-$50,000 annually, depending on experience.
