Join us as a Trainer Continuous Evaluation, you will be responsible for executing training and assessment’s in unconstrained and constrained area’s and maintaining applicable MQA accreditation criteria in a designated area to ensure competence 

Job DescriptionEnsure the compliance to training and assessment with approved methodology and learning material (learning delivery systems)Administrating the compliance to the Mine Health and Safety ActTraining resources in compliance with best practiceCompliance in terms of MQA and QCTO requirementsExecuting and delivering Generic InductionProgressive reports on predetermined targets for mining skills development

This role is at a C3 Level reporting to the HRD Officer Continuous Evaluation

QualificationsGrade 12OD ETDP Level 4 CertificateAssessor Certificate 

Experience:

4 years mining experience of which 2 years must have been in to operator occupations.
