About you - The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a minimum of a Grade 8 education or higher. Have completed the Job Ready Program with Employment Development (required). While experience is not mandatory, it is highly valued. Possess strong communication skills. Demonstrate a stable work history and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Obtain written approval from their current Head of Department for an internal transfer if currently employed. Be a fast learner and open to collaborating with colleagues. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

 

Mobilization Requirements:

Ability to work a rotation schedule of 14 days on and 7 days off. Availability for shift work, including both day and night shifts. Successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol screening. Preference will be given to local Ipili-speaking candidates (Category 1 and Category 2). Internal employees must consult their supervisors and submit written approval with their job application. Be available to start immediately.
