Job Summary

It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF’s Trainee Executive – Production. As a Trainee Executive – Production of IFF India, you will be responsible to assist manufacturing, Material receipt & storage and other steps in line with production. You will be reporting to the Production Supervisor.

About You:

To be successful in this role, minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Industry preferably Food industry. Fresh candidates with Degree / Diploma in any Science can also apply for this role.

You will spend your time…

Assist as needed with all steps of the production, warehouse and packaging process to ensure the safe and timely production of quality material.Follow schedules, job instructions, specifications and proceduresParticipate in the plant's continuous improvement processEnsure safety complianceOther production related responsibilities as needed and assignedIn addition, this position requires the following abilities: standing, walking, lifting, reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting as needed.

Good knowledge on food industry Results OrientationTeam workTechnical, Observational, Communication Skills.Good time-management skills

Required Experience:

Freshers and experience up to 3 years of experience in Industry preferably Food industryPreferred: Communication Skill and Basic knowledge in 5S & Lean tools.
