Job Summary:
Order processing specialist
 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Internal communication with production, warehouse & planning to make sure we deliver timely on our backlog and to have the latest information on delivery timesCommunication with sales representatives as well as transport companiesCreating picking lists for outbound warehouseCreating shipping documents including invoices & export declarationsOrder entry (SAP)Handle claims and returnsWorking Time: mostly from Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00, but under a schedule covering sometimes a weekend (5-6 weekends per year, with free weekdays to compensate that)

Required:

skills and interest to work in international environment,,work experience as logistics specialist, order support, shipping coordinator or similar,proficiency in Estonian and English languages,excellent communication skills,working well independently and enjoying working in a team,responsible and paying attention to details,strive for great customer serviceBeneficial:education in logisticsprevious work experience in manufacturing companyRussian language skill in communication levelprevious work experience with SAPwork experience with custom and export regulations

The job is located in Estonia, Osmussaare 1, Tallinn. Required to work full time on-site.
