Traffic Manager

ResMed is transforming its creative operations toward a global in-house agency model in support of rapidly evolving Marketing strategies. We’re looking for a detailed Traffic Manager who will support the Delivery Team and manage creative resource planning.

Reporting to the Global Creative Delivery Lead, you will apply your exceptional organizational and communication skills to support the delivery of marketing campaigns across the globe. You will be accountable for maintaining best practices and managing expectations while ensuring that the team is well informed and prepared to complete their work.

Success in this role requires an understanding of the creative process (digital and traditional). Experience trafficking, forecasting, and estimating creative efforts within an agency setting a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in agency traffic or project management AND creative staff resource planning. You will be a highly organized individual who can simultaneously track multiple projects/campaigns sponsored by internal client stakeholders and report on the status of all projects. You will possess strong effective written and verbal communication, strong coordination skills, and the ability to anticipate problems in advance and develop a plan of action that meets expectations.

Organize and facilitate marketing project staffing based on an estimateDevelop staffing forecasts based on timelines, briefs and budgetsProactively track talent needs across projects and solve for unfulfilled gaps or capacityCoordinate and support project activities across multiple teams and disciplinesProvide routine project status updates to Delivery team as neededEnsure all projects adhere to timelines and meet deadlinesEnsure that staffing can support baseline projects as scoped as well as shifts in projectsSupport the timely, accurate execution of individual project deliverables, proactively monitoring and trafficking work in progressIdentify and escalate concerns regarding project status and staffing, as neededLiaise between various team members to help facilitate smooth, timely communicationRoutinely identify and recommend opportunities to improve creative resourcing and staffingContribute to close process; provide needed info and data to Delivery team as applicable

Let's Talk about you

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field3+ years of creative project management, or resource management experience in an external or in-house creative agencyProven experience upholding brand standards and project guidelinesComfortable supporting multiple concurrent projects while adhering to quality standard withing a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Working knowledge of project workflow tools (e.g.: Asana, Workfront, etc.), with specialty in resource managementUnderstanding of end-to-end creative development processesExperience with regulated industry (medical, automotive, financial, etc.) a plus

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. 

Base Pay Range for this position: 

$77,000 - $97,000

  

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
