As a Trading Services Analyst within our dynamic team, you will be tasked with performing control reconciliations to confirm trade positions, investigating settlements, and focusing on process re-engineering and automation. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure the accuracy of trading positions and provide effective solutions to settlement queries.

Job responsibilities:

Uploads market data to different risk management systems.Performs reconciliations against market sources.Conducts numerous control reconciliations to verify trading positions through front office to middle office and middle office to back office reconciliations.Investigates and provides solutions to various queries from settlements and confirmations.Produces management statistics.Completes operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements, including new system implementations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.Understanding of process flows, including the ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think about process improvements/streamlining.Previous experience in the finance industry (operations roles).Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).

VBA skills.Fluency in French.
