JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Install wall paneling in trailers (if not factory-installed)
* Prep and paint trailer interiors
* Construct plenum wood boxes and dyno enclosures from scratch
* Cut precise holes in trailers for component access or system integration
* Fabricate brackets, fixtures, and custom parts using a variety of materials
* Perform TIG welding and general metal fabrication tasks
* Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication sketches, and measurements
* Use a range of tools including saws, welders, grinders, drills, and hand tools
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
* Collaborate with a small team to meet tight project deadlines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 4+ years of experience in woodworking, metal fabrication, or similar hands-on trades
* Proficient in TIG welding and general welding techniques
* Strong ability to read and follow blueprints or technical specs
* Experience with both metal and wood materials for building and installation
* Familiar with trailer fabrication or mobile unit builds (preferred, not required)
* Comfortable using a variety of power tools and shop equipment
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a small team
* Must be punctual, reliable, and able to hit the ground running
