About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Trade Services Senior Manager.

In this role, you will:

Manage significant financial risk and performance impacting trade service business and possibly the companyBe responsible for the overall operational performance of a large segment of the international trade services businessLead through other managers or a professional team with participating in major policy, planning and budget decisionsDefine policies and procedures to comply with the United States and foreign compliance proceduresParticipate in the implementation of long term strategies, policies and technological advancements in support of international operations functionsDevelop and implement strategies for own segmentInterface with management and line of business relationship teams formulating trade service standards and product offerings to global customersMonitor workflows and productivity to ensure service level agreements for delivery and quality are met or exceededCollaborate with managers to monitor issues and to ensure quality and efficiency in the Trade Services functional areaManage allocation of people and financial resources for Trade ServicesDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

Strong Knowledge and experience in international trade services businessPeople Management Experience
