Trade operations (Paarl based), this is a junior role and can learn on the job. Main requirements are a willingness to learn and work hard, high energy, integrity. 

Co-ordinating and preparation of documents and control thereof for exports.
Bills of Loading. Certificates of Analysis and Weights. Certificates of Origin including EUR1. Other as needed per contract. Co-ordinating and correspondence with suppliers and service providers.
Logistics control/co-ordination of deliveries into and out of warehouses/mines and port. Sampling control/co-ordination of product and turnaround times. Stock control per contract. Site Visits/Travel as needed.
Bank and Document collection and submission as needed.
