How you will create an impact + Assist in Trade Credit (TC) and Trade Finance (TF) operations, supporting portfolio management and underwriting strategies. + Contribute to implementing strategic plans and identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with brokers and distribution teams. + Provide administrative and technical support to underwriting teams, credit officers, and stakeholders. + Participate in marketing credit insurance and building Trade Credit accounts in focus markets. + Monitor market trends and support the refinement of local business plans to achieve performance targets. + Develop skills and knowledge in underwriting practices, risk assessment, and market strategies with guidance from senior team members. What you’ll need to succeed + Academic background in economics, actuarial sciences, accounting, or business administration. + Experience in financial analysis, balance sheets, and broker relationship management, with commercial and sales skills. + Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage at C-level. + Understanding of Trade Credit processes and documentation (preferred) and ability to work in a matrix organization. + Proactive mindset with analytical, project management skills, and flexibility to adapt to challenges. + Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
