Job Description
Conduct basic operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit, under the direction of a Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst I, or immediate supervisor with mentoring and guidance. Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Apply standardized tools and techniques.
ResponsibilitiesEnter trades into SOX Application and execute end-of-day recaps and reports.Verify positions and monitor daily Value at Risk and other risk-related measures.Reconcile broker and other external statements associated with transactions.Provide management with daily Profit and Loss and pricing information.Handle Electronic Funds Sources and other clearing transactions.Support the development and execution of the trade capture platform in close collaboration with the IT team.Develop ad-hoc reports using SQL & Power BI.Develop and automate Excel-based ad-hoc reports using macros.Essential SkillsAdvanced Excel skillsProficient in Power BI, SQL, & PythonExcellent communication skillsDetail-orientedCollaborativeAdditional Skills & Qualifications3 years of experience in a related roleBachelor's Degree in Finance or a related fieldKnowledge in reporting, accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, data analysis, profit & loss, financial analysis, mathematics, economics, operations analysis, regulatory, and bankingWork Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
