Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Facilitate orientation classes, workshops and cohorts both in-person and virtually to new team members, leaders, mentors, and buddiesPerform onboarding administrative responsibilities, including the review of the TPG headcount forecast to identify new hire start dates, sending new hire welcome emails, organizing new hire and intern onboarding cohorts, enrolling new team members into training courses, and working with leaders to identify onboarding mentors and buddies for new hiresUse metrics and KPIs to evaluate and improve onboarding programs and coursesCoordinate with leaders to create, review, and improve onboarding plans for new team members based on their functional group and job rolePull data and create reports to evaluate onboarding processes and opportunities for improvementProvide inputs to improve work efficiency and quality
