About the Role: As the Finance Manager, you will be a key player in driving the financial success of our Toyota dealership. You will manage and oversee financial operations, guiding customers through their financing options, and ensuring the dealership remains profitable. Responsibilities:

Work with customer's overseeing all financial transactions and reporting. Provide financial guidance and support to the sales team and customers to facilitate smooth, effective financing. Review and assess customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with lending standards and policies. Negotiate and secure competitive financing rates with top-tier financial institutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports. Provide regular financial reports to senior management, including key performance indicators. Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative ideas to optimize financial performance. Collaborate with all dealership departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications:

Automotive Finance Experience with Toyota experience preferred. Proven track record of managing financial operations in a high-volume environment. Expertise in financial management principles, practices, and industry regulations. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
