As a Total Rewards Specialist for Region Central Europe, you secure the delivery of core compensation global and local processes, in a locally compliant and aligned with the global rewards strategies and principles way.
Key responsibilities are:
CORE REWARDS PROCESSES
Implement, communicate, and monitor compensation programs and total rewards projects in alignment with the Global Total Rewards framework, ensuring local compliance.Deliver global and local compensation projects, including the implementation of the Salary Review Process and effective rewards communication to employees, managers, and HR.Support global rewards processes such as Annual Salary Review, Salary Increase Budget planning, and Salary Structures review and update.Recommend updates to rewards policies, procedures, and forms related to compensation, and perform various compensation analyses, including equal pay analysis.
EMPLOYEE DATA AND SYSTEMS
Ensure local People Data compensation data governance aligns with global standards, and secure local readiness of all systems and tools for total rewards deliveries.Perform periodic reviews and analyses of employee data to ensure consistency, good data quality, and confidentiality.Analyze employee data and compensation trends.
ADVISORY
Analyze external and internal compensation data to provide proactive Total Reward advice.QualificationsAs a Total Rewards Specialist, you are a subject matter expert in core compensation processes and tools, incl. base pay, variable pay and job architecture topics. You are data-driven, and analytical and possess problem solving skills and can work with sensitive information. Finally, you have a growth mindset and encourage cross-functional collaboration where your colleagues’ success equals yours.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or related discipline required or equivalent work experience.Minimum 2+ years’ experience working with compensation programs.Experience having worked with applicable strategies and plans related to base compensation, benefits, rewards, variable pay, job roles framework etc.Experience in labour law for relevant local markets (Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia and Switzerland).Effective communication, with persuasive and assertive skills.Ability to manage and collaborate with different stakeholders.Strong HR tech applications and Microsoft Office 365 skills.Fluency in both English and GermanAdditional InformationThis is a fulltime position, starting 1st of April 2025. The role is a hybrid role, based in Hamburg with the expectation of working from our office for three days per week.
