Onin is recruiting for a Torcher position! Mon-Fri 8am-5pm $15/hr
Responsibilities of the Torcher: Using gas torch to cut metal Burning imperfections out of steel
Knowledgeable and safe operation of equipment
Perform routine pre & post inspections on equipment as per instructions; reporting any unsatisfactory results to supervisor
Report any damage to company property of any kind including racking, trailers, equipment
Reduces the size of a variety metal objects and items by use of flame cutting and or torching in a timely and effective manner
Work Experience
Ability to read/understand sketches, designs, and plans.Ability to use measuring instruments.Must read, write, and comprehend verbal and activity instructions.Reduces the size of a variety metal objects and items by use of flame cutting and or torching in a timely and effective manner
