The Pacific Area Human Resource Department is seeking a well-organized, customer-focused individual to serve as a Human Resource Generalist for the Church School and will be based at the HRD Tonga Country Office. This position will report to the HR Operations Manager.

The role will provide HR services specific to school operations and requirements, with the occasional assistance for other departments, as required. The successful individual will be responsible to provide exceptional HR services to school Principals, Teachers and employees within the Seminary and Institute Department. This is a full-time position. Occasional travel will be required.
