As our Tolling Quality Manager you will be responsible for:
Implementing, maintaining and continually improving Quality Management systems to assure alignment to industry and Baker Hughes standards for 3rd party manufactures and tollersUsing Quality Tools to facilitate process improvements, risk assessments and root cause analysis in support of business goals and objectivesLeading Response Team Investigations for High Impact Incidents related to tollers.Monitoring performance of tollers generating reports accordingly to ensure toller conformance to requirements.Interface with engineering, technology, operations and strategic sourcing to get tollers qualified and approved in a timely manner.Ensuring the Product Line personnel understand and work within the company compliance code of conduct and that a culture exists of ‘doing the right thing’ with respect to compliance requirementsSharing knowledge within the quality community and to the wider organization providing training, tools and techniques to allow other functions to achieve the established goals and objectivesSelecting evaluating and re-evaluating tollers by organising audits according to Baker Hughes procedures and applicable industry standardsFuel your passion
