Responsibilities

Process on-road, off-road, and watercraft vehicle titling and registration (including out-of-state). Reassign incoming titles from trades-ins and outright vehicle purchases Process lien payoffs and outright purchase checks Notify customers when license plates are available with an option to pick up or mail out Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agencies Follow-up with different lending institutions on the release of ELT and physical titles. Verify the accuracy of completed forms Ensure appropriate inspections are requested from third parties Perform other duties as assigned by management
