Introduction
Bureau Veritas Africa is recruiting a TIQ Coordinator to be based in South Africa, and reporting to the Africa TIQ Manager.
To co-ordinate all administrative functions in the TIQ office. To ensure that all admin runs efficiently for providing support to the TIQ network. To ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the Company’s quality management system, HSE management system, operating procedures, international/national standards and client requirements. To provide a friendly and efficient link between the Africa TIQ office and the Africa network..
Minimum Requirements
Technical Diploma or Degree (Engineering, Scientific, Financial) Fluent in English and French with English as a minimum with good communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent Excel skills and comfortable to learn new software applications. Organized, with ability to, independently, be logical and create organized processes for administrative tasks Proficient in Microsoft 365 Very good Communication and Listening skills Experience of working internationally and/or in a multi-cultural environment

Duties and Responsibilities
Complete the tasks assigned Independently creating organized processes and spaces to manage information sharing and presentation Daily, weekly monthly data acquisition from Group tools and local or Group information sources. Data processing and visualisation into reports on Excel, power point and Word formats Assist with status tracking, follow-up, reminders and escalation or overdue actions/ audits/complaints/ incidents Updating Sharepoint information for the TIQ network Updating Africa TIQ scorecards Training and support to network for Group tools.
