Timekeeping Systems Specialist

Full Time / Hybrid

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible)

 

Pay Rate $18-$20/hr

Responsibilities Assist with daily interfaces from our UKG timekeeping system to the payroll systemDaily review of timekeeping data and correction of issues/errorsMultiple daily uploads of ancillary pay data from and internal systems to the time keeping systemDaily upload of education hours from an internal system to the timekeeping systemData entry of time clock adjustment formsAssist with a UKG timekeeping migration project

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Proficient in ExcelProficient with data entryWork with a sense of urgencyDetail orientedExcellent oral and written communication skillsProblem solver

Perferred Qualifications

Payroll/Timekeeping experiencePrevious experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) iSeries, UKG Dimensions and Oracle E-Business Suite (to run reports, scheduling, data views, etc.)Experience using Access Additional Data
