The Financial Representative, focused on Time Collection, performs multiple audits on a daily/weekly and monthly basis using Excel and Access. Responsibilities: Auditing Timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types. Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions. Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states. Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts. Opening and closing customer cases in a timely and concise manner. Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change. **Please note: This position can be delivered virtually/remotely **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** High School Diploma and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience. Experience with Kronos or UKG time collection systems a plus. Ability to work remotely within a team environment. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $43170 - $69073 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
