Time and Attendance Administrator
Our Client, a Food Manufacturing Company, is looking for Time and Attendance Administrator for their New London, WI location. Responsibilities + The primary purpose of this position is to provide process and transactional support for Finance. + This position will perform a variety of functions including the preparation of reports and the maintaining the integrity of the No Fault Point System. + The Administrator must be able to use data bases and spreadsheet for data analysis. + This role will run reports out of various HR systems (Work Day and Kronos), pass out and account for disciplines that are given to the TM’s. + The role scans and files documents electronically. + The Administrator will have the opportunity to work with all departments and levels of leadership in a collaborative team based environment. + The administrator will answer question from TM’s . + The ability to be self-sufficient and self-directed are a key to success in this position. + Time & Attendance clerks are responsible for with the tracking of light duty, assisting HR with the attendance policies, filing and other assigned duties. + T&A provides plant supervisors with the paperwork they need to document needed changes to their team. + Liaise with the HR department to ensure accurate information. + Utilize computer software for data entry and accounts management. + File relevant reports and documents as needed. + Maintain personal and confidential information for various Team Members + Verify employee records and consult departments in the event of a discrepancy.
