What The Role Is
The Teir 2 Support Specialist is responsible for remote support of utility and community size renewable projects. This position will support projects by assisting in complex operations, performance testing, and warranty tracking. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, BESS Operations and Year 1 Project Enhancement.
What You'll Be Doing Provide real-time support in troubleshooting of all renewable assets. Perform complex operations of renewable assets such as partial restoration and fault reset with OEM software. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for remote operations and troubleshooting Coordinate with Plant Managers to ensure all third-party work is captured in Clearway’s ERP system. Coordinate with Plant Managers to validate all OEM performance reports. Perform all contractual performance testing. Programmatically perform investigations to confirm performance outliers and work with the Plant Manager to resolution. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering/science discipline or equivalent experience. 2+ years of work experience in a technical role with 1 years related to renewable projects is preferred. Demonstrated experience in the use of OEM service software in power plant applications. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) Proficiency in CMMS (Maximo, Salesforce, or SAP) (SAP preferred) Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a matrix work environment.Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas for this position (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).
