Areas of Responsibilities + Open and/or close ticket window during event hours. + Sell tickets for the Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center. + Provide customer service to patrons at the window and/or over the phone. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications + Provide great customer service and show the ability to work well with the public and other employees. + Must be able to accurately handle money receipts. + Ticketmaster or other ticketing software experience/knowledge a plus. + Fluency in Spanish preferred. + Ability to work flexible hours, hardworking, and reliable. + Must be computer savvy.
