Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Department of Diagnostic Radiology is seeking a TI Senior Clinical Research Assistant to join our Research team. The TI Senior Clinical Research Assistant (TI SCRA) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and conduct of complex research projects and therapeutic interventional clinical trials in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology. The TI SCRA will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including various OHSU departments and industry sponsors, to ensure the safe and responsible conduct of research protocols in accordance with institutional, NCI, and FDA guidelines. This role also involves direct patient contact, and all patient communications and data must be handled in a sensitive manner consistent with HIPAA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and OHSU policies.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field1 to 3 years of experience contributing to the effective conduct of clinical trialsAbility to learn web-based databases quicklyExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both written & verbal)Ability to work independently and as part of a team while being collaborative in resolving problemsAbility to prioritize work demands and manage time appropriatelyAbility to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects, urgent patient needs, and/or system issuesMust have demonstrated excellent customer services skills on the phone, via email, and in personAbility to use tact and diplomacy to maintain effective working relationshipsProficiency with computers that run Windows and PC applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointMust possess the energy and drive to coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyMust have demonstrated record of reliable attendance, punctuality, and proven successful performance Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systemsPrevious experience with cloud-based data storage solutions.Knowledge of medical terminologyPrevious experience with EPICPrevious experience in a patient-facing or customer-facing roleCCRP or ACRP Certified All are welcome Oregon Health & Science University values a diverse and culturally competent workforce.
