Three post-doctoral fellowship are available to conduct research as part of the South African National Biodiversity Institute’s work on biological invasions. These projects all share the same feature. In working at the interface of research, management, and policy, post-doctoral researchers brought on board would both do high-quality research, producing results that have impact (e.g., on the regulations or on how plants are managed). The positions thus provide opportunities for post-docs to develop their skills and bring new skills in the context of real-world problems.
