Third Party Risk Management Manager

Job role

 The Third Party Risk Management Manager will be steering the design and implementation of Third Party Risk Management in Allianz Services, globally, and ensuring adherence to the Allianz global TPRM solution in order to harmonize the process landscape and create synergies between adjacent safeguarding functions. 

 

What you will do

•    Manage and oversee efficient and effective implementation of the AZ Services Outsourcing Policy;
•    Independently track progress of  TPRM actions of Hubs and pro-actively communicate with stakeholders ; 
•    Ensure that the master contract inventory is created and maintained as defined in the Allianz Standard for TPRM.
•    Support Head of Risk Management in performing risk assessment of all contracts stored in contract inventory, in accordance with TPRM lifecycle templates for the Decision Phase and Inherent Integrated Risk Assessment (IIRQ)
•    Perform DORA regulations fit-gap analysis, provide recommended measures and coordinate their implementation from a TPRM perspective
•    Support the roll out of TPRM tooling solution within AZ Services
•    Prepare Third Party Vendor management related reports / dashboards and report to senior management;

 

 

What you bring

•    Multi-year professional experience, in different areas of IT risk management or other safeguarding functions
•    University degree (Legal, Business, Economics, computer Science or similar) 
•    Good understanding of the risk categories: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, third party risk, business risk
•    Basic knowledge of local regulatory environment and standards like: COBIT 2019, COSO, ISO27xxx, ISAE/SOC
•    

 

You have

•    Applying strategic, analytical and sustainable thinking and problem solving capabilities
•    Team player, ability to work individually and virtual international, share information and support colleagues; International experience is a plus;
•    Develop and carry out plans to deliver quality results on time; 
•    Experience in managing outsourcing third-party or related activities is a plus 
•    High quality oral and written communication skills
•    Advanced skills in MS Office, knowledge of ORGS, SNOW, MicroStrategy are a plus
