Job Description

This position is responsible for reviewing Co Brand applications from our Issuers The role performs due diligence checks on applications from Issuers or Co Brand partner to ensure eligibility to participate in the program  Additionally the analyst will be responsible for updating the relevant Visa systems and occasionally providing updates back to the business and line manager

It will be important to be able to interact with clients be comfortable with tools and systems and following processes across various teams

What we expect of you day to day

Ensure Co Brand applications are reviewed and processed within set timelinesRespond to queries with a customer focused lens and acting as the first point of contactEnsure applications and requests from mailbox are responded within timelinesRun data extracts and running weekly MI reports to provide summary of application loadFlexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demandReview and assess end to end process documentationsProvide escalation to Senior Manager exercising judgment to identify unusual scenarios or potential riskWorking with OKRs and SLAsIdentify operational process improvement opportunities

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
