The Therapy Coordinator plays a supportive role in managing day-to-day therapy-related tasks and scheduling. This position ensures smooth operations between the patient and their assigned clinicians.
The Therapy Coordinator ensures a comprehensive patient treatment plan requested by the treating physician. Coordinates interactions and schedules with contract therapy companies. Answers phones and assists with inquiries in a polite and efficient manner. Serves as a liaison between therapy and nursing clinicians to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Reviews to ensure all therapy notes and evaluations to maintain high standards.
