This position is based out of COOKEVILE. The position actually covers most counties in the Upper Cumberland Putnam, Overton, White, Jackson, Cumberland, Dekalb and Fentress). We offer mileage reimbursement.        

NEW RATES! Entry level starting salary: $50,000.00 annually.


SUMMARY OF POSITION
Provide therapy to clients while maintaining good clinical judgement.    

      
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Documentation
•    Care plans reviewed and updated.
•    Progress notes completed within current agency guidelines.
•    Responds to supervisory request for urgent care situations and coverage for vacant caseloads.  This includes telephones and face to face intervention.
•    Keeps administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization.         
•    Responds to needs of consumers in a timely and professional manner.
•    Demonstrates good clinical judgment in decision making regarding consumers. 

    
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to successfully utilize computer/electronic equipment and software
         
Education Level               
•    This position requires a master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or related field.
