**Key Responsibilities / Expected Areas of Competence:**
+ Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue for approved indications and product efficacy /safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
+ Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPI's and financial targets to meet and/or exceed objectives.
+ Initiate/organize sales activities.
+ Effectively use different communication tools (digital visual aid, etc.)
+ Manage the implementation of the account plan securing cross functional resources where required.
+ Implement effectively marketing initiatives and overall company's strategy.
+ Approach all interactions with professionalism and integrity Flawless understand and implement the Customers at Center Company's strategy.
+ Maintain consistent contact with customers and deliver targeted number of calls as per agreed criteria, i.e. objectives, strategic prioritization, identification and update of customer base and tiering.
+ Gather market intelligence in-depth information from customers in order to thoroughly understand their needs and providing feedback to appropriate internal parties.
+ Ensure open communication and share best practices, in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
+ Ensure business objectives are met in full compliance with laws, regulations and BMS standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.
+ Closely monitor/address competitor activities in the field.
+ Creating new sales opportunities by analyzing the market.
+ Be viewed within the Oncology community as a valuable partner.
**Skills/Experiences Desired:**
+ Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding objectives for consecutive years.
+ Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, build trust and credibility with customers, meet their needs, identify and address their concerns.
+ Communicates clearly, openly and concisely.
+ Balances multiplicity of demands on role in a responsive, professional manner.
+ Demonstrated proficiency into applying all components within the Value Selling skills model when promoting BMS products with own key customers.
+ Oncology/Specialty care experience is required.
+ Preferably 3+ years of experience in similar position.

**On-site Protocol**
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
