**The Position**
Accountable for the overall performance of the Inflammation, Mental Health and Oncology Asset teams with direct responsibility for the Marketing and Sales this includes sales, market share, brand equity and financial performance, marketing plan development/implementation crises management and strategy and human resource management. With the Head of Customer Experience Operations enable the Go To Market Evolution (GTM) and ensure that all core and extended asset team members (with direct accountability for sales and marketing) have the correct knowledge, skills, and mindset to support this GTM evolution and win in the market. Ensure a new level of customer and patient centricity and excellence in the execution of the integrated Omni-channel customer plans (ICPs) that are aligned with the global strategic direction. Maximize growth of OFEV and Spevigo and prepare the market and the organization for the future portfolio including Nerandomilast, CatCi and Obrixtamig.
**Responsibilities**
+ Achieve financial and commercial objectives of the Portfolio in Canada by ensuring high quality Integrated Customer Plans (ICPs) and Launch Readiness Plans built on customer insights and channel preferences and executed with excellence to achieve/exceed company net sales and profitability objectives.
+ Lead the TAs to ensure regional (EUCAN) confidence in Canadian launch readiness to secure optimal launch sequencing and investment.
+ Invest early to prepare the market and the organization to launch our future pipeline.
+ Lead the GTM strategy within the Therapeutic Areas.
+ Ensure both are designed to deliver a best-in-class Customer Experience.
+ Ensure marketing and sales team develop the capabilities around customer insights, data driven decision making, account management and digital communications to better support our customers and business.
+ Maximize ROI by putting in place investment approaches that prioritize growth and efficiency.
+ Ensure appropriate segmenting and targeting of the customer base and ensure appropriate use of analytics to deploy resources to achieve the greatest performance on financial and operational objectives.
+ **Leadership:** As part of the HP Leadership Team, provides clear vision and strategic direction for TAs Inflammation, Oncology and Mental Health in alignment with corporate, area management, and the corporate asset teams.
+ Drives organizational change.
+ Effectively communicates with authenticity cross-functionally (Customer Facing, Medical, Customer Experience Operations (CxO), Patient Access, Patient Support Program (PSP), etc.), across Therapeutic Areas (TAs) and between Primary Care & Specialty Care.
+ Maintains and fosters a strong high performance, passionate, agile, innovative, customer-centric team with ambition and a growth mindset.
+ Drives continuous improvement, challenges status quo and creates a safe and positive learning environment.
+ Support the teams in career development while ensuring achievement of results and living Our Behaviors consistently.
+ Ensure accurate brand and franchise forecasts to inform commercial HP financials and supply chain management.
+ Lead the TAs through the forecasting cycle including Annual Discussion and Outlook+1 and Annual Business Review.
+ Lead the TAs to embrace a performance management mindset where Reds are embraced, root causes identified, and actions are taken and measured.
+ **Senior Leadership:** As part of the Senior Leadership team, with the Country Manager, passionately own and articulate the corporate and Canadian vision, ensure the most appropriate structure and culture for the department and company, anticipate and prepare for future business trends and changes, and demonstrate effective decision making.
+ Participate in the HP Leadership Team committee and other Senior Leadership meetings.
+ **Omni-Channel ICPs, CxO Innovation & Customer Focus:** Drives organizational excellence in omni-channel & digital marketing & sales, PSP, content creation & management, and channel mix optimization.
+ Ensure PSP program and analytics are best in class.
+ Ensures development and implementation of omni-channel ICPs & campaigns based on customer engagement & channel preferences, deep customer insights, continuous co-creation with customers (including patients) and commercial objectives.
+ Promotes innovation at every level.
+ Ensures the team segments targeted customers into micro-segments to identify priority opportunities offering the greatest ROI.
+ Using advanced analytics and machine learning, deploy resources to achieve the greatest performance on financial and operational objectives across the Specialty Care portfolio. Utilize PSP data & advanced analytics to provide insights and drive improved HCP and patient campaign development and outcomes.
+ Utilize novel and adaptive thinking, social intelligence, agile & design thinking, with an innovative customer-focused mindset.
+ For pipeline products and/or new indications, utilize deep insights, research and customer input to create profitable business cases for Sr. Management, best-in-class launch readiness plans, and exceptional ICPs for pre/post launch.
+ As part of the Executive Team, plan the 5–10-year development of TAs Inflammation, Oncology and Mental Health structure and operational model build on pipeline insights, innovation & best-in-class models.
+ Hire and develop agile, innovative, highly skilled pre/post launch teams to prepare the market, product and company for new therapeutic areas and ultra-rare diseases.
+ Ensure PSP is modified to meet the needs of new patients and new therapeutic areas to maintain a competitive advantage.
The position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is **flexible.**
Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Significant (10 years minimum) experience in pharmaceutical marketing and a minimum of 3 years experience as a Director/Second Line Leader preferred.
+ Strong leadership capability with a proven track record building comprehensive business cases and proposals and taking timely decisions even with incomplete information.
+ Experience working with/interacting with global teams.
+ Strong coaching skills.
+ Experience interpreting key financial data and leading a P&L
