A strong business and clinical background is essential for this role, providing the expertise needed to drive excellence in both clinical outcomes and operational performance.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Nursing along with proven leadership and/or people management experience in healthcare (including clinical competence in your area of specialization). Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing Science (essential). A post-graduate qualification in Management or Nursing Education is advantageous. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Theatre Registered Nurse. Current registration with the South African Nursing Council. Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial, and change management principles. Computer proficiency (MS Office). A valid driver’s license and own transport.
