What will you do?

A day in the life of a Senior Manager, Digital Content & Experiences (Americas) at The North Face looks a little like this.

You will report to the Director, Digital Content & Experiences for the Americas region. As Senior Manager, Digital Content & Experiences you will oversee the day-to-day management of The North Face’s ecommerce website for North America (US & CA), partnering cross-functionally with regional merchandising, planning, and marketing to bring key product storytelling to life, digitally. In addition, you will partner with the Digital Technology department to bring new tools and capabilities to the ecommerce store front. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, skilled in speaking to various stakeholders within different departments, and comfortable with technology as it relates to the tools and functionality of an ecommerce website.

Lead day-to-day management of The North Face’s ecommerce website for North America

Ensure the site delivers a seamless user experience

Partner with merchandising, planning, and marketing teams to execute key product narratives and campaigns.

Align with stakeholders to ensure cohesive launches, promotions, and seasonal strategies.

Own and manage the ecommerce content calendar, coordinating timelines for campaigns, launches, and seasonal storytelling.

Communicate schedules and updates across teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Collaborate with the Digital Technology team to identify, implement, and optimize new tools and capabilities for the ecommerce storefront.

Oversee the creation, deployment, and optimization of digital content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and customer preferences.

Analyze site performance data to inform content strategies and improve KPIs.

Elevate the online shopping experience with intuitive navigation, and engaging storytelling.

Address pain points and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Set clear goals and provide direction to ensure successful execution of ecommerce strategies.

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 7+ years of experience and professional achievements. 

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

Proven ability to drive ecommerce performance and implement digital tools.

Experience collaborating with merchandising and technology teams.

Deep knowledge of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and KPIs.

Location requirement: The ideal candidate will reside within Denver, CO to better service their client base.

Hiring Range:

$108,000.00 USD - $135,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
