Woodward Tahoe Baristas work at the Grind Café located inside The Bunker.  Baristas make assorted espresso drinks, create sandwiches and other food items, and serve alcohol to our guests. Baristas are required to operate the register and keep the café clean at all times.  Baristas are also responsible for keeping track of inventory, assisting with ordering, and restocking items.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: 

Ensure the highest level of guest service to internal and external guests, with particular focus on product knowledge, quality, and freshness.  

Prepare assorted espresso drinks  

Make sandwiches, salads, and other food items 

Serve beer and wine  

Keep the kitchen clean including appliances, floors, sinks, etc. 

Keep inventory of products and put in orders to the kitchen 

Ability to navigate point of sale systems  

Answer any questions guests may have, including questions about Woodward Tahoe winter and summer programs

Other duties as assigned
