Education: Master's Degree/Ph.D in n Electro-Optical, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or the other engineering dept 2. 1yr+ related experience (semi, display, solar, LED, OLED, etc) - Plus 3. Analytical skills, research ability and ability to do research work independently 4. Fluent English communication/writing/presentation (Toeic = 785+) 5. DoE and JMP knowledge/experience 6. Interpersonal capabilities: working as a parts of team and cross-functional collaborations 7. Advantages: prior work experience in semiconductor/display/equipment supplier company 8.
