We are looking for a Testing Engineer Summer 2025 Intern to join our Engineering team in our Evansville, Indiana location!
The Testing Engineer Intern will touch on a variety of areas and disciplines related to AC/DC motor and control testing and validation. You will be assisting with the validation and factory acceptance testing with the latest technology of drive and rotating equipment. You will also be helping to capturing data and creating data bases to help standardize testing and validation. Upon the final weeks of the internship, interns will be asked to present a summary of their experience to our leadership team and be given the opportunity to provide impactful feedback.
Qualifications

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, administrative tasks, and operational processes across various projects.Capture data and create databases to help standardize testing and validation while collaborating with team members to analyze data. Assist in the set-up and wiring of drives and motors to be tested. Assist with the validation and factory acceptance testing of FLANDERS industrial motors and drives along with the reporting of the performance. Organize testing equipment. Review existing processes and determine opportunities for improvement.Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input. Report on outcomes and a summary of your experiences with Flanders.
