What You'll Do Do you want to be part of a fun high performing team and have a passion for technology? We have a great opportunity to work within Cisco Talent Acquisition. Here you’ll be working to recruit for professional level talent for the Sales organization with an opportunity to develop recruitment strategy aligned to the Sales talent strategy and lead a small team of professional recruiters You will: * Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent in a cost effective and time efficient manner * Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR business partners to identify, select and recruit a diverse slate of internal and external talent * Source from various talent pools and screen candidates according to posted role requirements and hiring manager input * Consult with and advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges, and compliance issues * Consult and influence Sales leaders across the Sales organization on their talent strategy * Partner closely with Sales HR Partners on execution of our Staffing strategy aligned to the talent strategy * Manage a small team of Sales recruiters * Use data and external market information voraciously to drive strategy * Be knowledgeable about Cisco benefits, Internal Hiring, Contractor Conversions and related processes * Manage offer approval process with both candidates and Hiring Managers * Work with key leaders to identify current and future hiring needs and support workforce planning strategies Who You'll Work With You will be part of a dynamic Sales Recruitment team at Cisco. You will be working with candidates, Hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Operations, Finance, Business Leaders, the broader TA/HR organization plus an awesome group of Cisco recruiters Who You Are * 10+ years of professional level Recruitment experience, including corporate in-house experience and 3 plus years sales recruiting experience * Proven experience in mapping the market to build qualified and potential pipelines * Ability to speak the language of data analytics, and use that to influence strategy * Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across a large enterprise to drive common goals * A constant learner with a strong understanding of external market trends and the ability to apply those to Cisco strategy * An innovative leader who demonstrates embedding inclusion into all aspects of your work * Experience with sourcing talent and developing sourcing strategy * Experience working with Avature ATS including experience working through work flows and processing offers * Ability to consult with manager and director level stakeholders * Excellent communication and presentation skills and security sales recruiting desired Cisco is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic information, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected basis.
